Celebrations for the entrance of two postulants into the novitiate in the Sagrado Coração community

Yesterday, July 15, the feast day of Mother Cabrini throughout the Cabrini world, the celebration of the entrance of the postulants into the novitiate of the Institute of the Missionary Sisters of the Sacred Heart of Jesus in the Province of St. Frances Cabrini took place. The novitiate is located in the city of São Paulo, in the Sacred Heart community. The novice mistress, Sr. Glória Inez Caixeta, pictured, is blessed by Sr. Elisa Coelho, who was her novice mistress. The celebration took place in the chapel of the Sacred Heart of Jesus Retreat House!

We give thanks to God for the 175th anniversary of the birth of St. Frances Xavier Cabrini, for Sister Gloria's yes as novice mistress, and for Francisca Brito da Conceição and Joana D'Arc Vital de Sousa Ribeiro, who are beginning their formation for consecrated life.
