From May 5 to 9, the XXIII UISG Plenary Assembly will be held in attendance at the Hotel Ergife.
As the world mourns the death of our beloved Pope Francis, it seems particularly significant that the Superior Generals, gathered in assembly, reflect on Consecrated Life as a transforming presence of hope in today's world.
On World Mission Day, Feb. 5, 2025, Pope Francis spoke of the importance of being "messengers and builders of hope" for "a new evangelizing season of the Church, sent to revive hope in the world."
Our General Superior, Sr. Maria Eliane Azevedo Da Silva, will also be present at the UISG Assembly. Let us pray that the Holy Spirit will enlighten and inspire the whole Church during this important week.
